AUKIO

Aukio is a game about exploration, collective action and revolution for system change.

The game features a free-to-explore island at sea with gameplay of finding and picking up litter while helping and recruiting fellow townsfolk. The game takes around 10 minutes from start to finish.

A 2020-2021 graduation project, Aukio is the first game I've made from start to finish on my own. The project tackled two important points of personal development - exploration into how climate issue action could be positively touched upon in a game medium, and the plausibility of producing games alone.
